You can reschedule the date and start time of your booking or cancel by calling us or sending an email. Please note that any changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
You can pay in cash directly to the cleaning team upon completion of the service or arrange a bank transfer. Regardless of the payment method, you will receive a receipt for the amount paid.
